Lover

I loved him enough to not let him know and yet make my diary bleed his name;
A fondness so real that it made my heart beat like a machine gun the second I saw him walking towards me;
My heart skips not just one or two but multiple beats when I see him smile like a baby,
Oh!  That innocence merged with naughtiness is heart-stirring ;
Seems like am under his spell,
Mesmerised to an extent that all my thoughts gets eventually centralized to him.
Never had I ever felt something so lily white and so consuming;
His one kiss is enough to wither me and yet flourish me.
Now all I can wish for is that the last breath I take gets stained with his name;
Like my soul smeared with the tint of his love.  - Diksha
